Meet The Founder
Randall Harris built RHCCG after a career in project management where he experienced every step of a complex build, the good and the bad. He saw firsthand which partners showed up, which ones disappeared, and how much pain lived in the gap between procurement and sign off.
RHCCG was founded to be the partner he wished he had on the other end of the phone. Reliable, accountable, and obsessed with the details that protect a client's vision and budget. RHCCG is also a legacy in motion, built with his daughter in mind, so that the work outlasts the founder.
