BUILT BY AN OPERATOR

Founder Randall Harris built RHCCG after a career in project management where he experienced every step of a complex build, the good and the bad. He saw firsthand which partners showed up, which ones disappeared, and how much pain lived in the gap between procurement and sign off.

RHCCG was founded to be the partner he wished he had on the other end of the phone. Reliable, accountable, and obsessed with the details that protect a client's vision and budget. RHCCG is also a legacy in motion, built with his daughter in mind, so that the work outlasts the founder.

CRAFT ROOTS

Randall's background includes hands on experience in custom millwork, metalwork, and architectural fabrication, including time at firms like Christopher Peacock and Serrett Metalworks. That craft foundation is the reason RHCCG can speak the language of designers and fabricators while running the logistics and installation side of the business at the same time. When a fabricator describes a tolerance issue, we understand it. When a designer needs a finish protected through transit and install, we know exactly what that takes.

We cover the full I-95 corridor from Washington DC through New England, including New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Hartford, Providence, Boston, and the broader New England territory. WHY RHCCG EXISTS

Most FF&E projects fail in the last mile. Goods arrive damaged. Installation crews show up underprepared. Punch lists drag for months.
