What does RHCCG do? RHCCG is a vertically integrated FF&E and custom interiors execution partner serving the DC to New England corridor. We offer four integrated service pillars: FF&E Logistics and Installation, Project Management and Consulting, Warehousing and Storage Solutions, and Custom Manufacturing and Fabrication. We also handle procurement and vendor coordination, design and drafting support, climate controlled receiving, staged delivery, and white glove installation.

Who do you work with? We partner with designers, procurement firms, general contractors, construction managers, hospitality operators, senior living operators, multifamily developers, medical groups, university housing teams, and domestic and international manufacturers needing a US East Coast execution partner.

Consultations & Projects

How do I book a project consultation? Visit our Book Project Consultation page to schedule a call with our team.

What should I expect in the first consultation? We will discuss your project goals, scope, timeline, budget, and where in the corridor the work sits. This helps us understand exactly which pillars to engage and how RHCCG can step in.

What if I'm not ready to start a project yet? No problem. We are happy to provide preliminary guidance, capabilities overviews, and corridor planning support when you are ready.

Pricing & Payments

How much do your services cost? Pricing is based on scope, duration, and which pillars are engaged. After an initial consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining all fees.

Do you require a deposit? Yes. Most engagements require a signed service agreement and a deposit to begin work. Specific terms are outlined in your proposal.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, bank transfers, ACH, and business checks. Payment details are included in your invoice.

Project Support

Do you handle permitting and code compliance? We assist with documentation for permits and coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure compliance with local codes.

Can you work with my existing contractor or vendor? Yes. We frequently collaborate with clients' existing designers, GCs, fabricators, and specialty trades.

Do you offer remote project support? Yes. We can support projects virtually and coordinate with your local team using digital tools and clear communication workflows, while our crews handle the physical execution on the ground.

Design & Drafting

Do you offer 3D renderings or construction drawings? We are not a design firm. We work alongside designers and architects to review shop drawings, flag constructability issues, verify field conditions, and protect design intent through fabrication, delivery, and installation.

What software do you work with? We coordinate using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard tools depending on the project's needs.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Can you source materials for my project? Yes. Procurement, fabricator vetting, and vendor coordination sit inside our Project Management service line. We can source within your budget and lead time, or manage vendors you already have in place.

Do you have preferred vendors or suppliers? Yes. We work with a vetted network of domestic fabricators and trade partners and are also open to working with suppliers of your choice.

Logistics & Installation

Do you handle international shipments? Yes. We serve as a US East Coast destination for domestic and international manufacturers, including coordination with Canadian procurement firms sourcing from overseas fabricators. We handle receiving, holding, consolidation, and final mile execution.

Do you have an in-house installation team? Yes. RHCCG deploys experienced in-house installation crews across the corridor, trained for hospitality, senior living, multifamily, medical, university housing, and high end commercial environments.

Where do you work geographically? We cover the full DC to New England corridor. Headquartered in Glenwood, New Jersey, and serving New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Hartford, Providence, Boston, and everywhere in between.
